The Moma House

The Moma House was developed as a private luxury residence through the complete  transformation of an existing home into an entirely new architectural expression.

A central objective of the project was achieving a strong contemporary identity while respecting  the established character of the community and its architectural framework. The design carefully  balanced these conditions to create a home that feels both distinctive and naturally integrated  within its surroundings. 

Craftsmanship, construction quality, and interior detailing remain central throughout the project,  with every space tailored to reflect the client’s lifestyle, preferences, and design priorities.
