Julia House

The Julia House was designed as a spec home with a clear objective: to integrate naturally into the neighborhood without creating visual disruption.

The architectural approach draws from the surrounding context, incorporating a gable roof to align with the existing street character. This decision allows the home to feel familiar and well-proportioned within its environment.

At the same time, square tower elements were introduced to bring a modern layer to the design, creating a subtle balance between the traditional ranch-style homes in the area and a more refined architectural expression.

The result is a home that feels cohesive, well-integrated, and architecturally distinctive—without overpowering its surroundings. A unique design with no direct comparison in the area.
