Julia House

Julia House

Completed and sold in Windermere, Florida, Julia House was designed as a speculative  residence with a clear objective: to integrate naturally into the neighborhood without creating  visual disruption.

The architectural approach draws from the surrounding context, incorporating a gable roof that  complements the existing streetscape. This decision allows the home to feel familiar, balanced,  and naturally connected to its environment.

At the same time, square tower elements introduce a contemporary layer to the design, creating a  subtle dialogue between the area's traditional ranch-style homes and a more refined architectural  expression. The result is a residence that feels cohesive, well integrated, and architecturally  distinctive—without overpowering its surroundings. A distinctive architectural expression with  no direct comparison in the area.
